2. Refunds.
Items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase with a sales receipt. Any item that has been damaged or altered and is not in salable condition will not be accepted as a return. All special order items and items we do not usually stock or sell will not be eligible for return. Sale items can be returned on the condition that the item has not been discontinued. Returned will be given after the item has be received and inspected for quality.
Items purchased between THANKSGIVING and CHIRSTMAS may be returned up until January 15th, or 30 day after initial purchase whichever is longer.
3. Special Order Items.
A special order is any item that is ordered or altered at the customer’s request. Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
4. Custom Work.
Custom design work is produced at the specific request and to the stated and implied specification of the individual customer. All rights to the original design and replication there-of are reserved by the designers and The Golden Buffalo Fine Jewelry.
5. Product Availability.
We are constantly updating our online inventory. Please feel free to check back often to see if we have added new items.
6. Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms and Taxes.
All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network, (each of which may be removed by us in our sole discretion).
